Caroline is an Associate in the Real Estate, Energy and Environmental, and Business Practices.
Caroline provides counsel on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including leases, purchase and sale contracts, and secured loan transactions, as well as preparation of third-party opinion letters. Caroline’s practice also focuses on corporate, limited liability company, and partnership law, and assisting business clients in achieving their goals.
Prior to joining Gordon Feinblatt, Caroline was a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Deborah S. Eyler in the Maryland Court of Appeals and a Law Clerk with the Office of the State's Attorney for Prince George's County.
She received her J.D., magna cum laude, at the University of Maryland School of Law. While at Maryland, Caroline was the Executive Notes & Comments Editor for the Journal of Business and Technology Law and worked as a Writing Fellow.
Caroline received her B.A. in English at the College of William & Mary. While attending William & Mary, she was captain of the golf team.
