Caroline is an Associate in the Real Estate, Energy & Environmental, and Business practice groups.

Her practice has a particular focus on real estate issues at every stage of utility-scale solar project development (ground mount and rooftop installations), including due diligence review; title and survey examination; advising on property taxes and recordation and transfer tax implications; and negotiating solar leases, easements, licenses and other site control instruments, such as fee property acquisition.

Caroline also provides counsel on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including leases, purchase and sale contracts, and secured loan transactions, as well as third-party opinion letter preparation. In addition, she focuses on corporate, limited liability company and partnership law, and assists business clients in achieving their goals.

Before joining Gordon Feinblatt, Caroline was a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Deborah S. Eyler in the Maryland Court of Appeals and a Law Clerk with the Office of the State's Attorney for Prince George's County.

She received her J.D., magna cum laude, at the University of Maryland School of Law. While at Maryland, Caroline was the Executive Notes & Comments Editor for the Journal of Business and Technology Law and worked as a Writing Fellow.

Caroline received her B.A. in English at the College of William & Mary. While attending William & Mary, she was captain of the golf team.
