Matt has concentrated on employee benefit law throughout his career. Matt's experience covers the full range of employee benefit plans, including pension and profit sharing plans, multiemployer benefit plans (Taft-Hartley), ESOPs, 401(k) and tax sheltered annuity arrangements, health insurance and cafeteria plans, dependent care, medical reimbursement plans, and deferred compensation programs, including 409A issues. Matt specializes in helping employers comply with the Affordable Care Act.
