Madeline Poteet, Associate

Madie is an Associate in our Trusts and Estates practice group.

Madie has a strong educational background and diverse legal experience including drafting healthcare proxies, durable powers of attorney, prenuptial agreements, trust documents, and wills for clients. She also reviewed trust documents to determine trustees of dynasty trusts in complex estate plans and conducted a fifty-state survey regarding online guardianship appointments for a commercial client. 

Prior to joining Gordon Feinblatt, Madie served as a Judicial Intern to Associate Justice Joseph Ditkoff at the Massachusetts Appeals Court in Boston, MA. 

Madie has a J.D. and certification in Taxation from New England Law in Boston.
