Jennifer is Counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group.
Jennifer focuses her practice on trademark protection and brand management at both the national and international levels. She advises clients on the selection, use, registration, licensing, and enforcement of trademarks, and regularly prosecutes applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Jennifer also represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
In addition to her trademark practice, Jennifer counsels clients on copyright protection, registration, and licensing matters. She works closely with businesses to address infringement issues, including the protection of intellectual property and publicity rights across digital and social media platforms.
Jennifer also brings experience in real estate and business matters. Earlier in her career, she handled a range of real estate matters and advised clients on business agreements and negotiations, providing her with a practical, business-focused perspective in serving her clients.
