Brooke is Co-Chair of the firm's Trusts & Estates Practice. She works closely with individuals and families to create estate plans tailored to their objectives and concerns. Because changes to tax laws, life events and family dynamics may significantly affect an estate plan, Brooke emphasizes regular reviews and assists her clients with the continuing maintenance of their plans. She also believes in a collaborative approach with her clients’ accountants, financial advisors, and other trusted advisors to ensure that the best outcome is achieved for her clients.

In addition to preparing wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney for financial and health care matters, Brooke regularly handles all aspects of trust and estate administration matters, counseling personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries during the settlement of an estate or administration of a trust. Brooke has experience preparing gift and estate tax returns and helps coordinate the preparation and filing of fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts.

Prior to her legal career, Brooke worked as a Full Trader at Fidelity Investments. Brooke integrates this financial services background into her estate planning practice and believes that a client's financial and estate plans should complement each other.

Prior to joining Gordon Feinblatt, Brooke was an Associate with Ober, Kaler, Grimes & Shriver and SinclairProsser Law. She is an alumna of The Park School.
