Chris represents lenders in a wide variety of commercial loan transactions.
Christopher is an Associate in the Firm's Financial Services and Real Estate Practices. His practice focuses on representing local, community and regional banks, and other financial institutions in connection with structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing commercial finance transactions. Christopher regularly counsels lenders in a variety of finance transactions, including real estate acquisition and development; construction lending; revolving, secured, and unsecured lines of credit; and accounts receivable and fixed asset-based loans.
Christopher also has significant experience representing local, community, regional and national banks, and other financial institutions in connection with commercial loan workouts, including documenting complex commercial loan restructurings and forbearance agreements, liquidating collateral and otherwise enforcing security interests, and a variety of other commercial collection matters. Christopher also regularly represents landlords in connection with commercial lease transactions, including the drafting of lease documents, litigation and eviction proceedings.
Immediately prior to joining the Firm, Christopher worked at another Maryland law firm representing local, regional and national banks in connection with commercial finance transactions and commercial loan workouts.
