Lynn is Chair of Gordon Feinblatt’s Trusts & Estates practice group. Lynn counsels individuals, families and businesses on estate planning and the development and implementation of personal and philanthropic goals. She also advises personal representatives and trustees on all aspects of fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities. Lynn focuses her practice on estate and tax planning, the drafting of wills and trusts, estate and trust administration, family and business succession planning, charitable planning, and estate- and trust-related litigation.

Lynn is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), where she currently serves on the Board of Regents and as a member of the Bylaws and Manual Committee and the Financial Management Committee.

Lynn has served as Chair of the Section of Estates and Trusts of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), and she continues as a member of the Section Council. She is also a member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council and has served on its Board.

In 2013, Lynn was inducted into the Baltimore Community Foundation (BCF) Professional Advisors Recognition Society.

For many years Lynn has contributed her time and experience to community organizations in Baltimore. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Associated Jewish Charities of Baltimore, Inc. where she chairs the Administration Committee. Lynn has served on many committees and task forces and led various initiatives as part of her past and current board responsibilities, including Co-Chair of the Caring Commission of THE ASSOCIATED: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore, Inc. and a member of the Community Planning and Allocations Steering Committee.

Lynn is one of the founding members of the Baltimore Women’s Giving Circle (BWGC) and served as Co-Chair of BWGC from 2006 to 2008. She remains a member of the Steering Committee and is currently chairing the Gift Planning Committee.

In addition, Lynn has served on the Kennedy Krieger Planned Giving Committee and is a member of the Past Leaders Advisory Committee of the Women’s Law Center of Maryland.

Lynn has been named 2022 Baltimore “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers in America® in Trusts & Estates. Lynn has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® for Trusts & Estates Law since 2008, including as 2020, 2018 and 2016 Baltimore Trusts & Estates "Lawyer of the Year." She has also been named a Maryland Super Lawyer® each year since 2007 and was named among the state's Top 25 Female Super Lawyers in 2007 and 2008. Lynn was honored by The Daily Record as one of Maryland's Top 100 Women in 1999, 2010 and 2018.
