Julian is a member of our Business Law practice group.

Julian advises startups, private companies, and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of corporate matters, including venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic transactions. He is skilled in structuring and negotiating private placements, business exits, and complex commercial deals, and regularly counsels boards and executive teams on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory matters.

Julian's work spans industries and sectors, including entertainment, emerging technology, and blockchain. He has negotiated financing, production, and distribution deals across film, television, and music; advised on equity crowdfunding and tokenized fundraising (Reg CF, Reg D, Reg A+); and facilitated strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and Web3-native transactions. He also advises clients on trademark protection, licensing, and brand monetization.

Julian has represented the business interests of professional athletes across the NFL, NBA, and Olympic sports, and has served as legal counsel to a fintech startup leveraging blockchain technology, guiding the company through matters of corporate structure and regulatory compliance involving the SEC and FINRA.

In addition to his legal practice, Julian serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law I & II at Bowie State University and is actively involved with several boards.
