Tim became associated with Gordon Feinblatt in 1976 and became a Member in 1983, concentrating in commercial real estate. He represents developers, lenders and governmental entities in connection with the development, purchase, sale, financing and leasing of commercial real estate projects, with a particular focus on shopping centers, office buildings, warehouse and industrial properties, and residential developments.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). Based on peer and client reviews, he has been named to the Best Lawyers in America® for Real Estate Law by Woodward & White. Tim has been selected as one of America's leading real estate lawyers by Chambers and Partners©, a respected British research firm. He has also been recognized in his practice area by inclusion in Who's Who in American Law.
Tim has served as Chair of the Section of Real Property, Planning and Zoning of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) and is a past Chair and a current member of that Section's Legislative Liaison Committee. He has lectured at Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers (MICPEL) and bar association meetings on topics relating to commercial real estate, development, financing and leasing.
He has served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Union Memorial Hospital; past Chair and Member of the Union Memorial Hospital Foundation Board; and on the Boards of Gilman School, Maryvale Preparatory School, the Development Credit Fund and the Baltimore Country Club. Tim also serves as a Member of the Character Committee of the Court of Appeals of Maryland and is a Fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation.
