Brittany Hunsaker, Associate

Brittany is an Associate in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group. Her practice includes drafting wills, trusts, and financial and health care powers of attorney, as well as preparing gift tax returns, estate tax returns, and trust accountings.

Brittany brings experience working with clients and organizations across several sectors, including local government, higher education, nonprofit, hospitality, and philanthropy. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Lynn Knight of the Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court.

Brittany currently serves on the Salisbury University Alumni Board of Directors and the Anne Arundel Estate Planning Council. 

She earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
