IP Trivia - Jousting

Maryland was the first state to adopt an official sport. We chose jousting. (Chapter 134, Acts of 1962; Code General Provisions Article, sec. 7-329(a)). During a ring joust, a rider holds a sharply pointed lance and makes three runs down an 80-yard track, passing under a trio of arches along the way. A small ring hangs from each arch, and the goal is to spear as many as possible in a limited amount of time. There are not too many trademarks associated with jousting, but one entertainment company with a dinner theater at Arundel Mills owns many of them. Can you name it?
