Gordon Feinblatt Welcomes Susan B. Dubin, Esq., Former Assistant Baltimore County Attorney

Baltimore, Maryland – The law firm of Gordon Feinblatt, LLC is pleased to announce that Susan B. Dubin, Esq. has joined the Firm as Counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group.  Ms. Dubin brings more than 25 years of legal experience in real estate, government procurement, and finance. 

Since 1997, Ms. Dubin has been an Assistant County Attorney and Chief of the Transactional Group for Baltimore County government, handling matters including Owings Mills Town Centre, WaterView, Kingsley Park and the Ravens Training Facility.  Prior to that time, Ms. Dubin represented the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development as an Assistant Attorney General, as well as served as Counsel in Maryland’s Department of General Services, Office of Real Estate, handling matters including Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Ravens Stadium, and the Vietnam and  Korean War Memorial.

Ms. Dubin earned her J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and her Bachelors degree from Franklin & Marshall College.  She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.  Susan and her family live in Owings Mills, Maryland.
