Gordon Feinblatt Names Brian L. Moffet Chair of Litigation Practice Group

Baltimore, Maryland – The law firm of Gordon Feinblatt, LLC is pleased to announce that Brian L. Moffet has been named Chair of the Firm's Litigation Practice Group.  Mr. Moffet succeeds Lawrence P. Fletcher-Hill, who has been named by Governor Martin O'Malley as an Associate Judge of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City.
Mr. Moffet is also a Member in the Firm's Financial Services Practice Group and leads the Firm's Electronic Discovery  Practice Group.  He focuses his practice on litigation for financial institutions and financial services providers, and developing document retention policies for compliance with standards of electronic discovery in connection with litigation and government investigations.

Mr. Moffet received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Delaware.  He is admitted to practice in Maryland and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.  He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and the Chizuk Amuno Foundation.
