Gordon Feinblatt Commemorates the 100th Anniversary of Baltimore's Historic Garrett Building and Firm's 60th Anniversary

On October 3, 2013, the law firm of Gordon Feinblatt LLC and its 155 employees celebrated the 100th anniversary of the historic Garrett Building and the 60th anniversary of the Firm by holding an anniversary party in the building's stately two-story conference center.

Built after the Great Baltimore Fire and opened in 1913, the Garrett Building was praised as "one of the handsomest and most striking structures in the financial district" in Baltimore City. Originally the home of the banking firm and brokerage house of Robert Garrett & Sons, Gordon Feinblatt purchased the building in 1981 and restored it to its original grandeur. The 13-story building has been the home and offices of the law firm since that time.

Founded in 1953, Gordon Feinblatt also celebrates 60 years as a full-service law firm, providing counsel to people doing business in Maryland, including corporations, non-profit organizations and individuals. "The Firm owes a debt of gratitude to our clients, who have placed their trust and confidence in us throughout the years, and we are very lucky to be able to practice law in this beautiful building,"said Barry Rosen, Chairman and CEO.
