Bryan represents creditors in collections, bankruptcy, workouts and financings.
Bryan is an Associate in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice. Bryan's practice focuses on the representation of secured and unsecured creditors in commercial collections, bankruptcy, loan workouts, financings and related matters.
Bryan has experience representing banks, financial institutions, businesses and educational institutions in creditors' rights litigation matters. Bryan regularly advises clients regarding contract disputes, judgment enforcement and real estate matters including residential and commercial foreclosures. Bryan also has experience preparing commercial loan documents and security instruments.
Prior to joining Gordon Feinblatt, Bryan served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Pamela J. White at the Baltimore City Circuit Court. During law school, Bryan served as a Production Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review.
