Kimberly brings more than 20 years of experience in patent prosecution as Counsel in the firm’s Technology & Intellectual Property practice group.
As a former primary patent examiner, she understands how to achieve success with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office because of her knowledge of the inside workings of the office.
Kimberly holds an advanced degree in electrical engineering studies that allows her to offer specialized expertise in patents for robotic, medical, electrical, electromechanical, mechanical, software, RFID technology, encryption, computer architecture and business methods inventions.
In addition, she has registered copyrights, performed trademark searches, filed applications for trademarks, and negotiated and drafted licensing agreements.
