Meghan is an Associate in the Personal Injury practice group. Prior to joining Gordon Feinblatt, Meghan was an in-house attorney for a major insurance company, representing individuals being sued for personal injuries in result of automobile and premises liability accidents. She has litigated hundreds of cases in courts throughout Maryland. Meghan uses her experience working for an insurance company to effectively represent individuals who have suffered injury in result of another person’s negligence.
Meghan was named to the Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers list by The National Trial Lawyers for 2020.
Negotiated a $170,000 settlement on behalf of a man who slipped and fell on ice in his housing community. The man was holding a glass bottle at the time of the fall and he suffered an open wound on his left hand resulting in surgery. Following surgery, his finger was bent at a 90-degree angle and would require future therapy to help straighten his finger.
Negotiated a $63,000 settlement on behalf of a woman who suffered soft tissue injuries when another vehicle made a left turn in front of her vehicle. The woman developed neck pain and ringing in one of her ears.
