Brooke works with individuals, from those accumulating assets to retirees.
It is important for all individuals to have an estate plan in place, regardless of the size of the estate.
Brooke is an Associate with the firm's Trusts & Estates Practice. She works closely with individuals and families to create estate plans tailored to their objectives and concerns. Because changes to tax laws and life events such as births, deaths, marriages and divorces may significantly affect an estate plan, Brooke emphasizes regular reviews and assists her clients with the continuing maintenance of their plans. Brooke has experience preparing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for financial and health care matters.
Prior to her legal career, Brooke worked as a Full Trader and Private Client Specialist at Fidelity Investments. Brooke integrates her financial services background into her estate planning practice and believes that a client's financial and estate plans should complement each other.
Brooke provides estate and trust administration services by counseling personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries during the settlement of an estate or administration of a trust.
Prior to joining Gordon Feinblatt, Brooke was an Associate with Ober, Kaler, Grimes & Shriver and SinclairProsser Law.
