Commercial Litigation Paralegal
We have an immediate opening for a Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Litigation experience. The Litigation Paralegal role is a hybrid, full time, 40-hour, non-exempt position.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with research, drafting legal documents including letters, pleadings, and reports.
- Must have strong knowledge of Maryland and Federal court procedures and be familiar with e-service, e-discovery, and e-filing.
- Must have knowledge of and be able to assist in all phases of litigation support; discovery; document review and production; trial preparation and procedures.
- Must have the ability to evaluate and summarize materials.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel and vendors.
- Must have substantial experience interacting with and managing document management vendors and be tech savvy and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF Pro.
- Qualified candidates will possess strong communication and organizational skills and be a self-starter with solid decision-making skills and the ability to manage a substantial workload.

Trusts and Estates Legal Administrative Assistant
We have an immediate opening for a Trusts and Estates Legal Administrative Assistant to join the team. This role will support a dynamic, sophisticated, and transaction-oriented estate planning and administration practice. This role will require the LAA to assist with managing the attorneys practice, engage with and develop relationships with clients, become proficient with all matters, and be responsible for the work that needs to be completed.
Qualified candidates will have 3 - 5 years of experience working in trusts and estates. Experience with managing attorney calendars/ scheduling, communication with clients, other professional advisors and assisting in the preparation of legal documents, correspondence and reports is required. Must possess strong communication and organizational skills and be a self-starter with the ability to manage a busy, fast paced workload effectively and efficiently. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, PDF Pro, and be able to learn various software programs designed for the trusts and estates practice area.

Government Contracting Attorney
We are seeking an Attorney with at least 5 years of experience with respect to government contracts law, especially as it relates to the defense and intelligence communities, including negotiation and preparation of prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements and joint ventures; procurement and certification issues; and representation in connection with mergers and acquisitions. A history of business generation is preferred.
