Bill Davidow is a member of the Firm’s Business Law and Securities Practice Groups, as well as its Health Care and Tax Practice Groups.  Bill’s focus is business, corporate and limited liability company law, with an emphasis on tax planning and mergers and acquisitions. He provides counsel to both for-profit and not-for-profit entities.

In his thirty years of experience, Bill’s principal concentration has been on representing businesses in the Mid-Atlantic region regarding all aspects of business and corporate law, from the commencement of operations, raising of capital, preparation of stockholder agreements, tax planning, business growth (whether internally or by acquisitions and mergers), through sale or other disposition to third parties, including sales to public companies.

Bill has also provided legal counsel to participants in the health care industry, including hospitals, physician-hospital joint ventures, medical practices, continuing care retirement communities and other multi-entity health care systems.

Bill represents numerous clients in many industries throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including technology companies, government contractors, construction companies, and real estate developers.

Bill has lectured and written on numerous topics related to purchases and sales of a business, income tax matters and health care and real estate transactions. Bill has served on numerous not-for-profit charitable boards in the community.
