The Real Estate Group represents both landlords and tenants in leasing and ground leasing arrangements for retail space (including shopping centers), office space, industrial space, warehouses, flex space, and other projects.
The Real Estate Group is highly experienced in real estate related tax matters, from property revaluations to agricultural use treatment, as well as negotiation of tax abatements as inducements for industrial development and urban redevelopment.
